Kirk Haworth & the Great British Menu

I’m delighted to be working with pant based chef, Kirk Haworth for his menus on BBC 2’s Great British Menu. The lidded ping pong jars were developed especially for Kirk’s “a celebration of table tennis.” dish. For each round the chefs have to create dishes in the theme of the Olympics and Paralympics.

Kirk’s food is innovative and absolutely delicious so it’s no wonder that he won his regional heats with 3 10 out of 10’s .

The finals will start week commencing 18th March on BBC2, he’s definitely one to watch!
